Veterinary FeesWe can quote fixed fees for standardized services such as vaccinations, office calls, and certain routine surgical procedures. But for many procedures, particularly in the area of surgery, it is impossible to predict how much time and attention will be required. Because of these uncertainties it is not possible to determine a fixed charge in advance, although we may be able to make an estimate based on prior similar situations if no complications or unforeseen circumstances arise. Fees are based on time skills, services rendered, caliber of our personnel, facilities, drugs, and equipment. An emergency fee will be charged for examinations made after hours. It is customary to pay for the veterinary services upon their completion unless previous arrangements have been made. As this clinic is solely a private enterprise receiving no outside financial support from the community or through taxes, your prompt attention to the payment of fees is appreciated. |
