Your pet's problems cannot be adequately diagnosed over the telephone. As with your own family physician or dentist, a personal examination is necessary to properly determine the problem and prescribe a program of treatment. Our policy is one of preventative care for your pet. Many disease processes can be identified and prevented in their early stages through timely check-ups.
We look forward to helping you maintain the good health of your pet and welcome your opinions and suggestions as to how we might serve you better, as well as your phone calls and questions. Inadequate communication between doctor and client is the most common case of misunderstandings relating to diagnosis, treatment, and fees; especially when complicated and time-consuming surgical procedures and/or treatment is involved.
